By accessing and using Stars Buddy (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stars Buddy is a family task management and reward tracking application. The Service allows parents to:

  • Create and manage tasks for children
  • Track task completion and award stars
  • Set up and manage reward systems
  • View statistics and progress reports

3. User Accounts

To use Stars Buddy, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projects 365, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
